No. RoveKind is an independent online retailer. Products are sourced from third-party brands and fulfilled by approved supplier partners. We do not claim to manufacture products we retail.
How do I choose the right carrier size?
Use the manufacturer-specific size guide on the product page and measure your dog carefully. Weight alone is not enough. If your dog is between sizes or has mobility or health concerns, contact us before ordering and speak with your veterinarian when appropriate.
When will my order ship?
Processing and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout and in the Shipping Policy once supplier service levels are confirmed. Tracking will be emailed when the supplier dispatches the order. We will not advertise a delivery promise without a reasonable basis.
Where will my order come from?
Orders are sent directly to you by an approved fulfillment partner. The return address and shipping origin may belong to that supplier. Any product-specific restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.
Can I return a carrier if the size is wrong?
Final eligibility, time limits, condition requirements, fees, and return routing will be stated in the Refund Policy before checkout. Contact support before sending anything back; supplier-direct returns require authorization.
