OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service govern your use of rovekind.com and any purchase from RoveKind. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the site. RoveKind is an independent online retailer. Our store is hosted by Shopify.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be the age of majority in your place of residence or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account and order information and for protecting your account credentials.
2. PRODUCTS AND THIRD-PARTY BRANDS
RoveKind does not claim to manufacture third-party products it retails. Product names, specifications, size guides, warranties, and other brand materials may be supplied by manufacturers or authorized suppliers. We work to present information accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device. Final product details shown before purchase form part of your order.
3. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
An order is an offer to buy and is accepted only when we send confirmation of acceptance or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including errors, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or restrictions on sale or delivery. Prices may be displayed in a local currency. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before payment. We do not use hidden mandatory fees.
4. FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY
Products may be shipped directly by approved supplier partners. Shipping origin and return destination may therefore differ. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. We will only advertise a shipping time when we have a reasonable basis for it. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the choices required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a delay or cancelling for a refund.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights. Contact us before sending any item back because supplier-direct returns require authorization and the correct destination.
6. SAFE AND APPROPRIATE USE
Pet products must be selected, fitted, inspected, and used according to the manufacturer instructions and your dog's size, condition, and behaviour. Never leave a dog unattended in a carrier or travel product unless the manufacturer expressly permits it. Stop use if the product is damaged or if your dog shows distress. Product information is not veterinary advice; consult a qualified veterinarian for health or mobility concerns.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The RoveKind name, site design, original copy, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to RoveKind. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, sell, or commercially exploit site content without permission.
8. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
Reviews must describe a genuine experience. We do not permit fabricated reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, impersonation, unlawful content, or manipulation of ratings. If you submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and adapt it for operating and marketing the store, while you retain ownership. We may moderate content for relevance, privacy, legality, and these Terms, but we will not suppress genuine criticism merely because it is negative.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The site may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social platforms, and suppliers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement of unrelated third-party content.
10. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the site to break the law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or interfere with the service, submit false information, commit fraud, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access.
11. DISCLAIMERS
Except for express written warranties and rights that cannot be excluded by law, the site and services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, will be identified on the relevant product page.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoveKind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. SEVERABILITY AND CHANGES
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
