Shipping Policy

Where we ship
RoveKind currently ships to addresses in the United States only. Available delivery options, shipping charges, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout after a customer enters their delivery address. We do not add a separate RoveKind shipping fee after an order is placed.

Direct supplier fulfillment
RoveKind uses approved third-party suppliers that ship orders directly to customers. Packages may show the supplier's shipping origin or return address. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Processing, delivery estimates, and tracking
Delivery estimates begin after processing and are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, holidays, carrier disruptions, weather, and remote destinations may add time. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch.

Addresses, damage, and delivery issues
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after an order reaches a supplier or carrier. Please report damage, missing items, or incorrect items promptly through our contact page, with photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label where possible.
