Shipping policy
Pre-launch notice
RoveKind is currently preparing its launch assortment and is not accepting public orders. Final processing times, delivery estimates, rates, service areas, and any free-shipping threshold will be confirmed before checkout opens. We will not advertise a delivery promise until supplier service levels have been verified.
Direct supplier fulfillment
RoveKind operates an inventory-free retail model. Approved supplier partners ship orders directly to customers. Packages may therefore show the supplier's shipping origin or return address. An order containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
Order processing and estimates
Product pages and checkout will show the available shipping methods and estimates for the delivery address. Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Weekends, holidays, carrier disruptions, customs, severe weather, and remote destinations may add time.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the fulfillment partner dispatches the order. Tracking scans may take time to appear. If a shipment stops updating for an unusual period, contact us with the order number.
Shipping delays
If we cannot ship within a time we promised, we will notify the customer and provide the choices required by applicable law. For orders covered by United States federal rules, this may include consenting to a revised shipment date or cancelling the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
Addresses and changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a change is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been submitted to a supplier or carrier. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Damage, loss, and delivery issues
Inspect the package when it arrives. Report visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect item promptly and include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. A tracking scan marked delivered is not always proof of receipt; check the delivery area and household members, then contact the carrier and RoveKind if the package cannot be found.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Any duties, import taxes, brokerage, or similar charges will be disclosed or handled as stated at checkout where possible. Customers will not be charged undisclosed mandatory RoveKind fees after purchase. Cross-border availability may be limited during launch.
