Refund policy

Pre-launch notice

RoveKind is currently preparing its launch assortment and is not accepting public orders. The final return window, return address, fees, product exceptions, and supplier-specific instructions will be confirmed before checkout opens. This policy will be updated before any sale is accepted.

How return requests will work

To request a return, contact us at neilvirani1997@gmail.com or through our contact page. Do not send an item to the address on the shipping label unless we authorize it in writing. Because orders are fulfilled by approved supplier partners, the correct return destination may differ from the shipping origin.

Approved returns must be unused, unworn, clean, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can work with the fulfillment partner on a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet gear may be ineligible for return unless defective or otherwise protected by applicable law. Gift cards, personalized goods, and items marked final sale may also be ineligible. Product-specific exceptions will be disclosed before purchase.

Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on supplier inventory. If an exchange cannot be processed directly, we may arrange an approved return and ask you to place a separate order for the replacement size or model.

Refunds

When an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a refund. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs will be handled as stated in the final policy and as required by applicable law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. Customers in jurisdictions with mandatory cancellation or return rights retain those rights.
